| Description | This is a report of the pond lining test program. The results of the field monitoring and laboratory tests are presented. Originally, six test ponds were to be prepared, lined and monitored. The site chosen was at the end of a graveled access road about 0.8 mile east of Wintersburg Road and about mile south of the power plant site security fence. It provided convenience of success for both regular vehicles and construction equipment, but yet was well away from any other activity that might disturb the testing program. |
